At the present production level your Steel Climber will leave our facility an average of 30 business days after ordering. Shipping is via Fedex Ground. Product is shipped in 2 packages. Assembly takes an average of 15 to 20 minutes. All sales after shipping are final. If we are taking too long to get your order completed just ask us to refund your payment anytime before shipping and we will reverse your payment.
In preparation of receiving your climber you should purchase a mat for the climber. Thick rubber anti-fatigue mats work the best as a surface for the climber. The machine has two steel plates that sink into the rubber and provide a base. Rubber anti-fatigue mats are sold at home depot, lowes, hardware stores, online etc.
Regular size- 8 ft climber fits in room with minimum 7'8 foot ceilings.
Shortened size-7'6 climber fits in room with minimum 7'1 foot ceilings. ( This size not recommended for anyone over 6'1 due to lower ceilings and head room)
